Odontorium Products Inc. - George Schaeffer
The powder technique is not a new product in manicure cosmetics. Namely, it was created quite by accident in the eighties of the last century by a dentist who wanted to repair a client's broken nail using materials for filling tooth cavities from his office.
The practice named "Odontorium Products Inc" was bought by George Schaeffer in 1981 and he invented an acrylic nail beautification system, which officially stopped dental services and focused on working with beauty salons.
By changing its name to "OPI Products INC" (O-P-I), the practice becomes one of the most popular companies on the cosmetic market today. Until 1989, the company offered a powder nail beautification technique and a classic acrylic system.
Today, this technique is mostly used in the United States of America, Australia and most Asian countries under some of the most popular brands today.
